Display Ad Information:
MUST be the exact size. Ads sized incorrectly will be returned for re-design.
No borders on ads.
Leave 1/8″ between the edge of your ad
and the ad’s trim size.
Acceptable Display Ad Formats:
300 dpi, high resolution TIF/ JPG’s /
or PDF files. Make sure all text is outlined and images are linked in the layout. Crop marks are requested.
Please Note:
The SEMass CVB has the right to decline any ad. We will work to place orders in the requested sections unless doing so would impair our capacity to develop the book. Please be courteous and be on time with ads and send Items In before the deadline. If the ad sizes are not followed, we reserve the right to alter and correct while trying to keep the ad looking original.
