Join us for the Fall River Farmers & Artisans Thankmas Night Market on Saturday, November 16th from 4-8 pm. We’ll once again be transforming Old Second Street into a cozy, festive marketplace featuring local vendors, live music, activities, great food, and so much more!

New Bedford JazzFest proudly announces JazzFest 2024: Feel the Funk! New Bedford JazzFest is excited to host its event in its newly renovated venue, the historic Steeple Playhouse, located at 159 William Street in downtown New Bedford.

Concert and Dance Party at Steeple Playhouse

New Bedford JazzFest proudly announces JazzFest 2024: Feel the Funk! The festival will take place indoors, rain or shine. This year’s headliner is the BTALC Funk Band featuring Melissa Bolling. The New England-based band delivers a fast-paced, power-packed feast that they dub Big Band Funk.

Joaquim Santos and the Dope Lotus quartet will open the show. They will fill the dance floor with distinctive soulful vocals and tight, funky grooves, all grounded in authentic musical roots. Enjoy the space to groove and dance, as well as a cash bar and snacks available for purchase.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET PRICES

Early Bird General Admission $25+fees
Early Bird pricing is only available through November 15, 2024

General Admission   $35+fees

Limited seating is available. Seating is first come, first served and may not be reserved. You may be required to stand. The dance floor is open all evening and is between the seating and the stage.

 

All performances will be at the Steeple Playhouse, 159 William St., New Bedford, MA. The building is accessible, and there is free parking on the street and in the city lot adjacent to the Steeple Playhouse.

LaSalette Shrine in Festival of Lights

Visit Attleboro for the LaSalette Shrine in Festival of Lights runs from November 23, 2024 – January 1, 2025. The lights will be on every night from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., November 23, 2023 through January 1, 2024. Even on Christmas night, when the Shrine is closed, the lights will still be illuminated.
