Lafayette-Durfee House

Estimated to be built around 1750, this is the home of Colonel Joseph Durfee who led the Fall River Militia during the Revolutionary War. The residence was frequently visited by the Marquis de Lafayette during the War. Displays include clothing, furniture weaponry, medical and surgical instruments and much more.
Please visit our website at The House is open for tours from April - September on Sundays from 1pm - 4pm. Admission is free but a three dollar donation would be greatly appreciated. Special tours can be arranged by calling 508 -813-8230.
